MMP Celebrates Launch of New Website

We are all delighted to announce the launch of  our brand new website featuring MMP-TV.  Our very own web TV channel, MMP-TV will feature monthly updates keeping you informed of on-going progress, as well as occasional bonus programmes including tutorials, student performances and event highlights.

Forming a fresh approach to how The Music Man Project shares the achievements of its students, the site has been set up to incorporate regular video updates and student-focused content.

Our exciting new website has been completely re-imagined  by Paul Carpenter of Paul Carpenter Films.  Paul is the professional filmmaker who was responsible for making the acclaimed 2012 documentary “The Music Man”.

As the Project’s new in-house media producer, Paul hopes to share evidence of the fun, teamwork and success that is a part of our everyday experience here at MMP.  He said, “It’s incredibly exciting to again be invited to play my part in helping MMP on its road to the inevitable success it deserves.”

Paul has been a professional freelance filmmaker for over twelve years and has produced work for many high profile clients including the Royal Opera House, Total Jobs and House of Colour.  Having previously produced TV chart-topping music videos and internationally broadcast documentaries, as well as a programme of creative workshops for SEN schools, Paul is now also extending his services into the field of web TV channel production.

Adding bespoke graphic design, photography and web design services, to his already extensive line of film production work, Paul now offers a unique and complete solution for companies and organisations requiring a professional website hub to feature  custom-made films.  Southend Mencap and the Music Man Project are the very first organisation to enjoy the benefits of Paul’s newly launched service, known as ChannelPlan.

Further details can be found on Paul’s website, www.paulcarpenterfilms.com

We hope you enjoy MMP-TV and our new website.  Please feel free to let us know what you think.
