LONDON – APRIL 20th 2023 The Music Man Project, an award-winning music education charity for people with learning disabilities, today announced Michael Ball as its latest celebrity patron.

Michael Ball OBE is a household name in the UK, having performed in countless West End and Broadway shows, as well as achieving chart success as a solo artist. He is a dedicated charity supporter, having been involved with many organisations over the years.

Michael Ball said: “I am delighted to become a patron of The Music Man Project. As soon as I met The Music Man Project, I knew I wanted to be involved. The work that David Stanley and his team do is truly inspiring. Music transforms lives. I look forward to being a cheerleader for everything The Music Man Project does. Together, we will create magic!”

In his new role as patron of The Music Man Project, Michael Ball will support the organisation’s mission to provide inclusive music education and performance opportunities to people with learning disabilities. He will help to raise awareness of the organisation’s work and advocate for the importance of music in the lives of people with disabilities.

David Stanley, Founder of The Music Man Project, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Michael Ball as our new patron. His dedication to the arts and charity work makes him a perfect fit for our organisation. We are honoured to have his support. With Michael on board, we are excited to continue expanding our reach and impact, bringing the joy of music to even more people around the country.”
