Global Impact
Changing lives through music, one country at a time

Creating a Global Legacy

27 Years • 17 Countries • 4 Continents • 17 International Partners • One Global Mission

What began with a single music lesson in Southend-on-Sea has grown into a worldwide movement for inclusion through music. Today, The Music Man Project works with partner organisations across the globe, sharing its award-winning approach to accessible music education and creating opportunities for people with learning disabilities to perform, achieve and inspire.

Through international partnerships, teacher training, performances, research and cultural exchange, we are demonstrating that music is a universal language—one that transcends borders, challenges perceptions and transforms lives. As our performers make their Broadway debut, they represent not only the United Kingdom, but a growing international movement for disability inclusion.

Global Leadership

International Alliance of Accessible Music

Founded in 2025 by The Music Man Project (United Kingdom) and AllegroModerato (Italy), the International Alliance of Accessible Music (IAAM) brings together leading organisations committed to transforming perceptions of disability through music education and performance.
